Registration as a delegate for the 2011 Global Microcredit Summit is a pre-requisite for consideration of all exhibition space applications. Please note exhibition space is limited.
Exhibit tables will be available for purchase at the 2011 Global Microcredit Summit. Tables are 160x80 cm (63x34 inches). You may purchase a full table for 1200 Euros (including 18% VAT) or a half table for 600 Euros (including 18% VAT). The price for each table/half table includes façade and name signage, a table cloth, and access to a 220-volt outlet. Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own voltage converters should their equipment require one.
Payment Policy: If approved, our meeting planner, MCI, will send you the invoice along with payment instructions. Payment must be submitted within 10 working days of notification that you application has been approved. If payment is not promptly received your space will be reassigned.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations requests must be received in writing before October 14, 2011. Cancellations on October 15, 2011 or later will not be refunded.
