Registration Policies & Procedures

Registrations will be accepted online, by mail or by fax. Registrations must be accompanied by payment of the Registration Fee in order to be processed. Please fill out the Registration Form completely, either online, or by downloading a copy of the Registration Form here. Be sure to provide a valid e-mail address for quick confirmation of your registration and easy access to future correspondence with the Summit Secretariat.

Once your registration and payment have been received by the Registrar, you will receive an official confirmation letter which can be used as supporting documentation for your visa application. Please allow up to two weeks for receipt of your confirmation letter. If you do not receive your letter of confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Registrar at: mcsc2011@mci-group.com.

Should you wish to make changes to your registration such as adding a reservation for a Day-Long Course, or a free airport bus transfer, you will receive a username and password with your registration confirmation. You may use this information to make changes to your registration. PLEASE NOTE, cancellations may only be completed according to the process described below.

All refunds will be processed after the close of the Summit.

Refunds will be made via wire transfer according to the information you provide in this Registration Cancellation Form. Canceled registrations will be refunded the full amount paid, less a 20 per cent (%) processing fee.

In order to receive a refund your Cancellation Request Form must be received by November 1, 2011.

 

Registration cancellation requests received after November 1, 2011 will not be processed except in cases where the registrant's request for a visa is denied. Requests for a refund under this provision must be accompanied by appropriate documentation indicating denial of a visa application and must be received by the MCI Group by no later than December 31, 2011.

In all instances, MCS and MCI will make every attempt to process requests for refunds in a timely manner. If you do not receive notification of the status of your refund request or you do not receive a refund check please notify the Microcredit Summit Secretariat by March 31, 2012. MCS and MCI are not liable for notifications of un-received or lost checks made after November 1, 2012.
